Welcome to the fine print. This is where we politely say “don’t be a jerk” — legally.

By visiting, scrolling, clicking, filling in a form, or generally lurking on Do Better Digital, you agree to the following terms. They’re not scary, and you don’t need a law degree to understand them (we’ve made sure of that).

1. You’re Welcome Here (But There Are Rules)

We love that you’re checking us out. You’re allowed to browse, read, and learn all you want. But please don’t:

• Copy our content and pass it off as your own

• Use bots, scrapers or other creepy tech to snoop around

• Upload anything malicious (you monster)

• Try to hack, break, or sabotage our site in any way

2. Our Stuff = Our Stuff

All words, graphics, layouts, and ideas you see on this site belong to Do Better Digital. We worked hard on them.
That includes:

• Website content

• Blog posts

• Logo and brand assets

• Case study designs

• Even our legal pages (unless we tell you otherwise)

Please don’t steal, copy, or “borrow” without permission. We’ll say no nicely, but we’ll still say no.

3. If You Submit Stuff to Us

If you submit a form, send a message, or comment (even though we don’t allow comments — you sneaky thing), we assume you’re okay with us:

• Replying

• Saving what you’ve sent (for context, not for evil)

• Using nice testimonials in our marketing (with permission, of course)

4. We Link to Cool Stuff (But We Don’t Own It)

You might find links on our site to other websites, tools, blogs, or resources. We don’t control those and can’t guarantee their content, safety, or aesthetic. (Some of them are not cute. Sorry.)

5. The “We’re Not Liable” Bit

We do our best to keep things current and correct, but we make no promises that:

• All info is 100% up-to-date all the time

• Every blog post still applies after a Google update

• Your results will look like our case studies (we hope they do, though!)

We’re not liable for any decisions you make based on what you read here. You’re the boss of your own biz.

6. Indemnity Clause (But Make It Friendly)

If you break the rules, spam us, hack us, or cause legal headaches — you agree to cover our backs. That includes legal fees and damage control. We hope it never comes to this. We’re nice.

7. Jurisdiction & Legal Mumbo Jumbo

This website is operated from Cairns, QLD. That means Queensland law applies. If something needs to go to court (please no), it’ll be handled in QLD, Australia.

8. Updates to This Page

We might tweak these terms from time to time — you’ll always find the latest version right here. No sneaky changes.
